魏笔凡(Bifan Wei),工学博士,西安交通大学继续教育学院研究员,硕士生导师。隶属于陕西省大数据知识工程重点实验室、西安交通大学跨媒体知识融合与工程应用研究所、大数据算法与分析技术国家工程实验室。

主持2项国家自然科学基金面上项目、2项国家重点研发计划子课题、2项国家自然科学基金重点课题等国家级课题。在ACL、EMNLP、WWW、ISWC、DASFAA、IEEE TKDE、IEEE TIP、IEEE TNNLS、IEEE CSVT、Neural Computation、Information Sciences等国际会议与期刊上发表论文40多篇,出版学术专著1部,授权发明专利10余项(含国际专利1项)。获陕西省自然科学一等奖、陕西省技术发明一等奖、中国自动化学会科技进步特等奖。

Bifan Wei received the Ph.D. degree in computer science from Xi'an Jiaotong University, China. He is currently a Researcher Fellow at the School of Continuing Education, Xi'an Jiaotong University. He is a member of the Shaanxi Province Key Laboratory of Big Data Knowledge Engineering, the Institute of Cross-Media Knowledge Fusion and Engineering Application, and the National Engineering Laboratory for Big Data Algorithms and Analysis Technologies.

He has led 2 general projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), 2 sub-projects of the National Key R&D Program, and 2 key projects of NSFC. He has published 40+ papers in leading venues including ACL, EMNLP, WWW, ISWC, DASFAA, IEEE TKDE, IEEE TIP, IEEE TNNLS, IEEE CSVT, Neural Computation, Information Sciences, etc. He holds 10+ granted invention patents and has authored 1 academic monograph. He received the First Prize of Shaanxi Natural Science Award, the First Prize of Shaanxi Technological Invention Award, and the Special Prize of CAA Science and Technology Progress Award.
